GOAL:
Move a tumbler line from the Orillia Plant to the Hillsdale location.

• Removed a section of the roof building at the initial location

• Unhooked all wiring and various hoses
• Crane lifted machinery out of the building
• Trucked all parts and pieces to GLS Shop to rebuild and modify
• Updated parts and pieces were then delivered to the Hillsdale Plant
• Set up tumbler line in the new location
• Modify various parts to alter design and suit new needs of the business

GOAL:
Move the lamninator line from Winnepeg, Manitoba to Concord, Ontario

• Create a project plan to move the line from existing location to new location
• Disassemble and remove an entire operations for laminating
• Approx 4 - 50 foot tractor trailer loads of equipment
• Reassembled line at the Concord location

GOAL:
Install new equipment at the new 55,000 square foot plant in Hillsdale.

• All components related to their aggregate cement system
• Cement Silos
• Aggregate Silos
• All Conveyors
• All Cement Mixers
