GOAL:
Repair worn out pins and bushings on the front bucket of a Ford backhoe.

• Restored the backhoe to the original manufacturer specks by welding the hole and line boring it to the proper specifications

Note – The line boerer unit is portable which enables us to come to your job site or shop.

GOAL:
Repair an oval hold on the end bucket and main bucket on a Long Reach Excavator that were caused because all the bushings were worn out and spun, replace worn out cylinder pins.

• Welded the oval hole
• Used the line borer to re cut the hold
• Reassembled using original pins and bushings from the manufacture
